The Role

As a Field Activation & Marketing Intern, you’ll be the frontline ambassador of Betterlife—meeting business owners where they are, engaging them directly, and helping them onboard to our platform. Your work will directly fuel the growth of grassroots businesses across communities.

What You’ll Do

• Approach and engage retailers, traders, and small business owners in markets, schools, and local communities.
• Register businesses and capture accurate data using our structured questionnaire.
• Educate entrepreneurs about Betterlife’s financing solutions and supply chain benefits.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly onboarding targets.
• Report insights from the field to help improve our outreach strategy.

• Students, fresh graduates, or early-career job seekers eager to gain hands-on experience.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
